These models, which we update and expand at a rate of 1-2 every 2-3 months, aim for a benchmark accuracy of 96-97%. Our data processing infrastructure utilizes a wide range of sources, including hundreds of databases, APIs, and crawlers, and operates with a standard one-day latency for business metrics calculations while supporting real-time KPIs. Serving an internal user base of over 2000 employees, we handle approximately 10-15 requests daily, with 200 personalized licenses for daily BI tool usage. QA Tool is an internal system used for monitoring statistics related to clients’ appeals to the company and their interactions with Customer Support representatives via chats and emails, based on data from the helpdesk system. The tool includes extensive functionality for statistics monitoring and data processing, performance assessment of Customer Support representatives, and report creation.

This team will work in collaboration with architects, DevOps, site reliability engineers, designers, and other mobile development teams to ensure seamless integration within the Namecheap ecosystem. The team handles requests and needs from the entire organisation, ensuring plenty of work for years to come.
